We offer a teacher-pupil ratio of better than one to four and our teachers are all specifically trained in teaching deaf children to speak. Our staff's expertise and dedication ensures that each child at Ohio Valley Voices will get the special attention he/she needs. We employ 12 teachers and 4 teaching assistants. Our staff presents a custom designed program for each child through their expertise in the teaching of spoken language and their up-to-date knowledge of technological advances, such as cochlear implants. All of our teachers have received intensive instruction in the development of oral language skills.
